Booking & Pricing
What's included, how discounts work, and how to apply for your trip — applies to every route and combination.
To see the dates and routes of our trips that are open to outside participants, please check our Instagram, Facebook, and Blog pages. If you are considering traveling with us, we kindly ask you to answer any of the questions in the application form below — briefly and clearly (even in note form, if you prefer). Based on this information, the conversation we will have with you will help us plan your experience more accurately. Thank you, see you soon.
What's Included
This applies to all routes and route combinations. For each route, its own page also shows any additional costs or discounts specific to that route.
The amount you pay includes: everything we bring; your seat in our SUV; gasoline, tolls, parking; train and shuttle tickets at Machu Picchu; the private boat to Isla del Sol or Isla de la Luna; guidance and translation services; accommodation; your place in a tent or hut where the route includes camping (and all camping equipment); food (except some meals at Machu Picchu); hot drinks; and community, hot springs, ruins and national reserve entrance fees.
So basically: all equipment, food, transportation, accommodation and entrance costs. During the journey, the only money that comes out of your pocket is for meals not specified in the program, and personal expenses.
Meeting point: if you want to be picked up outside our route instead of Pisac, 1.5 soles per kilometer. Prices are for accommodation in double rooms.

Vehicle depreciation: 0.10 USD/km (divided by group)
Extra time: 10 USD/hour for additions less than 24 hours (divided by group), 100 USD/day (per participant) for additions exceeding 24 hours.

From Arda
A Summary of Our Service Here
I have been organizing private journeys in all South American countries and living in the Sacred Valley since 2012. Thanks to my heart and my experience, I offer journeys where you can get in touch with the beautiful nature, powerful places, wise people and spiritual connections of this region.
I have been hiking and motorbiking alternative routes since 2010. This is how I discovered many secret roads and met my native friends. Until 2019 I provided these experiences by renting a car; since 2019, I have my own SUV and appropriate equipment.
We enjoy being on the road and reaching special places. During our journey, we engage in practices and rituals that strengthen our connection to our lives and our hearts. With the help of the sacred mountains, you get a powerful and healing experience.
Thank you,
Arda Kurtoğlu
