In the valley, there are many individuals and communities who live here or visit often, offering services with an intention to heal and to learn.
People sometimes call the Sacred Valley an energy portal of our world. The mountains surrounding the valley—reaching 4,000–6,000 meters—have been considered sacred by those who live here since ancient times. These mountains seem to have formed a deep, long riverbed like the Sacred Valley and offered us a sheltered space. A valley whose value became even more visible in Inca times is now a place where many healing paths meet. Here, it is possible to find a wide range of healing practices coming from different teachings across the world. You can follow some of these through the Spirit Events Sacred Valley Facebook Group.
Work done with breath, stones, music, dance, meditation, and medicinal plants adds depth, healing, and responsibility to your experience here. There are practices addressing both physiological and psychological issues, and we have witnessed many positive outcomes.
Here you can find family constellations, gong sessions, temazcal (called mancapacha in the Andes), breathwork, yoga and meditation, qigong and tai chi, massage, offering ceremonies, kambo, bufo, “magic mushrooms,” ayahuasca, daytime and nighttime Huachuma (San Pedro) ceremonies, tobacco, cacao, rose work, ecstatic dance, jam sessions, tantra, human design, women’s and men’s circles, and many other kinds of practices.
In addition, our Indigenous friends—Q’ero healers—offer profound support in many forms, such as aura cleansing, initiations, coca leaf readings, and offering ceremonies.
It feels truly beautiful to create a bridge between you and this hidden treasure here. With our wishes that, on the path of truth, the knowledge, strength, and connections we all need may reach us.
